We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
RETURNS
We hope you enjoy your purchase. But if it doesn't quite hit the spot for any reason, we'll happily refund or replace it within 30 days of receiving it! Returned items need to be unused and in new condition with all tags attached; don’t forget those pesky little labels too ;)
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@myheatingpad.us. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service at: sales@myheatingpad.us to arrange a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
